Yamadanishiki has a unique terroir and as Hyogo prefecture's best-prized sakamai. It is well known for its best attributes for making delicious sake, having great solubility, making it easier for dissolving well in the Moromi and having a large shimpaku, which is perfect polishing.

Yamadanihiski sake produces amino acids that create a delicious umami mouthfeel. It establishes a sake with great depth, balance, and fullness and captures a fruity aromatic profile.

Daimon sake series creates layers of Yamandanishki from different levels; it begins a journey through the King of rice like you never experience before.

Junmai Daiginjo with a strong acidity and plenty of umami. You can enjoy a well-balanced and elegant taste.

Easy to drink with a lovely floral, slightly fruity bouquet. It starts with a slight sweetness of the rice and expands into a bold, umami taste that is not overpowering, with hints of white chocolate notes on the palate. It finishes clean and elegant and is not overly dry.

Akita prefecture is very famous for its original rice Akita Komachi. They have also invented Akita Sake Komachi only to brew sake from their best quality rice. After being fermented by Akita Koji (yeast) in a low temperature for over 5 weeks, this sake is aged for 12 months to become a smooth, rich and elegant flavoured Daiginjo with a beautiful flowery fragrance. Comes in a vivid purple-blue bottle with 1920's retro artwork. This is a high-quality Daiginjo with sweetness & layers of richness.

Junmai Daiginjo sake with a rich aroma that carries undertones of peaches and lychee, and an elegant taste full of depth and freshness.
This sake is brewed solely using ‘Koshinoshizuku,’ which is a very rare, locally grown sake rice. The production is only about 2000 bales a year, and it has been produced and distributed only within Fukui Prefecture.
As it’s brewed amongst the frigid winter air with our artisan’s careful handworks, this is the finest offer among the series of Denshin year-around products.
