Shichiken Junmai Daiginjo contrast at cold is where it shone beautifully, tropical aromas were present as soon as I poured.
For Shichiken Kinu no Aji,
Shichiken Sake is brewed with the famous water of Hakushu which is famous for its whiskey and mineral water the rice polishing ratio actually has the number “7” in every product. This is in reference to the “seven” in Shichiken.
